Padding:
The traditional production of pads with glue and thermo-adhesives has been replaced by carving technology which is a new process based on foam cutting and not gluing. The result is no rigid edges to cause discomfort while sweating. Another huge plus is that during the production process there is less dispersion of gasses into the air.
Our pad has been developed with an open cell foam, a multilayer 65 density (kg/m3) and 120 density (kg/ m3) and a total thickness of 16mm which guarantee excellent protection. The first layer of 65 density and 4mm thickness guarantees a high elasticity product and a luxurious feel of softness. The second layer of 120 density and 12mm thickness supports you during long-distance riding.
The foam is perforated in order to significantly increase the transpiration of air in the pad and allowing the chamois to dry quickly.

I have to say these bibs are probably the best quality I’ve ever ridden in. Absolutely no friction or chaffing from the seams and the pad is awesome. They look pure class paired with the Le Mans jersey. Would absolutely recommend the combo. Well done Herodirt.

Another great value piece of kit. Very comfortable, great fit and well constructed. Especially like the longer leg length – just to top of knee which puts gripper just below base of quad. So it doesn’t move or ride up. The pad is really effective too great for trails, road or indoor trainer.
